9 lbs. 13 oz.

Henry gained almost three full pounds in just one month!

He got his vaccinations this morning. And now he's sick. Fever. Lethargic. Fussy and has this poor pitiful cry that he doesn't really have the energy for but can't help. Hopefully it won't last long, although I'm sure tonight will be a tough one. :(

Give him a little Tylenol or Baby Motrin. It always worked wonders for Henry's dad and Uncle Duncan. So sorry - maybe he'll sleep it off tonight. Love seeing all the pics on the website! All those Gibson men are scary, aren't they?

Love you all.

Hey! Henry finally weighs what Aron weighed when she was born! Yay Henry!! I'm sorry he doesn't feel so good, but he'll be good as new very soon...and better for it...fighting off those nasties that the vaccinations do! There...I did it! I commented...i miss you Jeannett.

Wow, Henry almost weights as much as Troy when he was born. Go Henry! No more stick legs.

Gave him Tylenol (apparently, you can't give them baby motrin until 6 months)...he slept from about 4:00 in the afternoon until 3:00 a.m....fed a little and slept again until 7:00 a.m. He's been pretty much sleeping off and on all day and hardly eating, but he seems to be less pathetic and fever is gone. Hopefully he'll be all better by tomorrow. Poor guy.

yes, tylenol does work wonders. both boys had some reactions to their shots, but only certain shots and only at certain ages.

for some reason i thought you weren't doing vaccinations. i am very pro vaccinations--if we all don't do vaccinations, then all the diseases we are currently preventing would come back.

Poor Henry. It's always hard on the heart to see your baby not feeling well. Caedra slept all day after her first DTP shot, only waking up to eat. It was a little worrisome (and a little bit nice). =)
