Yippee!

Baby A profile. Couldn't get a good picture of Baby B. :(

I had a routine check in with the OB this morning. All is well, and I am measuring 36 weeks at 28 weeks...wait, isn't that actually LESS than you were two weeks ago, you ask? Yes, it is...

DRUMROLL PLEASE...

It's because both girls are now HEAD DOWN!!!! I had a hunch that Baby B had made the final turn, so I asked the midwife to do a quick looksie just to verify...and sure enough, both my obedient ladies are in the ideal birthing position! (Like my wishful thinking there???)

It doesn't really matter if Baby B is breech, so long as Baby A is head down, but having them both head down takes a lot of the "what ifs" out of the labor situation and just makes everything all that more textbook. Now, I just have to pray that they STAY in this position and don't go getting all discombobulated between now and delivery!

Now I'm off to do my one-hour gestational diabetes testing. Blech. Wish me luck!

I love following your blog - I'm in the same position - 28w with twins! Congratulations on the great news. I just found out this week that both of my babies are now also head down! What a feeling, huh! Keep up the good work!
