Andy did some research and found that it's either a $35 part or a $400 part. Fantastic. We're gonna order (and have overnighted) the $35 part (which will probably be more like $60 by the time we pay shipping). Hopefully that fixes it. Otherwise, it looks like we'll be visiting the appliance section at Sears. Blech. NOT in the plans. (Because spending $400 on a part to the fridge with no guarantees that something else isn't going to blow next doesn't seem like a wise move).

Ah poop. I know it's just life. But it's still really annoying.
