A few things I forgot to mention before:
-Because it looks like Henry's heart issue is genetic, I asked the Dr. if our future children were at risk too. He said that your average person has a 1% chance of having heart disease. If it's genetic, it goes up to 4%. So, yes, but still not that bad. Weird to think that he has heart disease. That's a weird word. Especially to use with my little boy.
-I'm a slacker mom and never had his 9-month pictures done.
-We've officially made our first mortgage payment. Strange.
-I'm really excited about summertime. The nice weather always makes me so happy.
-I was thinking about my post from yesterday and I forgot to mention that the *main* reason I do all this stuff is totally selfish: it's for Henry and my family...not so much for the environment or earth, per say, if that makes sense...
-Henry had the 24 hour stomach flu on Sunday...and then I had it on Tuesday. These are the things they don't tell you about motherhood. I've been sick more in the last 10 months than I have been in the last 10 years!

sorry you both were sick and with the stomach flu! ugh. hope you're feeling better now. i agree about summer--such a great time of year.
i haven't had esther's 9 month pics done either. i think i'm going to schedule an appt next week. it's not too latem jeannett!
