How Does One Mom...

...Take three kids under 2 on a walk?

Step 1: Put the lightest of the three in your Bjorn (this is the best photo I could get...that's Jill in case you weren't sure by the little bald/blonde head...take no notice of the rat's nest that is MY head).

Step 2:
Put the other two kids in your (awesome) side by side stroller and beg your oldest to look at the camera.

Step 3: Realize that there are just some things that aren't worth fighting over with a toddler.

I'm going to try and go for a walk more often. It's good for the kids to get out in the fresh air and it's good for my rear end. I think we'll walk to Target tomorrow. That still counts, right? Right. That's what I thought too.

Jacquelyn! You are cracking me up.

Jeannett - you are amazing. You have got it together, Mommy! Don't you still have two more weeks to be considered post - op cleared to drive, etc??? Even if I am just living in the eighties and their post-op rules (before staples and lasers), that is still awesome.

Joanie-I was told I could drive so long as I wasn't on pain meds (which, incidentally I never took...just didn't seem right to be nursing my babes and be taking Percoset...but that's just me...). Full recovery is supposedly 8 weeks, but I've felt fine for a few weeks now so either I recover quickly or that's a really big buffer of time?

Good for you, Jeanett. Nice to get out in the fresh air and also get a little exercise. But don't overdo it. But you know that, right?

I'm so glad you're out walking! Good for you, good for the kids! Just think how easy it would be with another person to push the single stroller and then you could put both girls in theirs??!!! We'll have to work on that! See you soon!

You live that close to Target?? Lucky girl. Just remember that you're walking- don't buy a comforter while you're there. Although it would be funny to see you make it home with 3 kids and a comforter. :D
